The BBQ Smokehouse/Whiskey Bar located in West Seattle WA. This is the first location and the Headquarters of all the restaurants. We run everything out of this restaurant including a Monthly Meat Box subscription, The Meat Dudes Podcast and two yearly Meat Markets.
Our Cafe & Bakery in South Seattle WA. A nostalgic bakery that focuses on "pastries that your Grandma used to make" and local Stamp Act coffee.
We recently expanded this into the unit next door to put in a full commercial kitchen to be able to keep
up with demand.
This was created in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic. We couldn't utilize all of our seating so we decided to bring in a meat cooler and sell meat to the neighborhood. Now it is it's own operation and focuses on all different types of Wagyu Beef, Prime Beef
and Heritage Pork.
